An eviction, even a claim that's dismissed, can taint prospective tenants for a lifetime. Still, very few petition the courts to have their evictions sealed. Cleveland Housing Court Judge Ron O'Leary has established a new policy to help, making it easier to seal eviction records. He joins us for The Sound of Ideas.
