Advances in cancer treatment are made possible through research studies known as clinical trials. Currently in Ohio, there are thousands of open cancer trials. And many of them are located right here in Northeast Ohio, where we have a nationally-designated comprehensive cancer center. But many people don't know about them or may be hesitant to volunteer for one. In this segment ideastream's Stephanie Jarvis gives us some answers about how clinical trials work and who benefits.
